Our waterproof models not only have watertight seals but are nitrogen filled to avoid condensation. The optics are level IV and the prisms are BAK-4, so these are our highest quality. Five layers of optical coating on every air-glass boundary, all the way through the binocular! Very high light transmission compared to normal binoculars.
On this model the objective lens covers are built into the rubber so you can't lose them. It also makes them very quick to remove and replace.

The eyecups twist up and down, this saves space when stored. If you wear glasses just leave them down for a perfect eye relief setting. If you don't wear spectacles just give them a quick twist and they'll position the eyepieces at just the right distance from your pupil.
