None of the following statements detract from your normal legal rights under UK / EU law.

Your binoculars have a three year "return to base" warranty. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear. We have a good reputation for helping customers well outside of this three year period in practice but we judge repairs or claims on a case by case basis.

Refunds will be made only after goods are received by us. Items must be in original packaging and in as-new condition. All returned items MUST include a written note of who is returning them, you'd be amazed how often this isn't the case.

We never store card numbers. If you require a refund to a card you need to contact us by phone (01479 812549) with the card details.

All transactions are conducted in GBP.
